Founded by Jim McMullen in 1978, BPS Strata Maintenance were the first to solely specialise in strata and insurance restoration work providing a complete one call service to the strata industry.
Servicing NSW and ACT, our team of directly employed licenced supervisors and tradesmen, supported by our administration team are fully conversant and experienced in all aspects of building, plumbing, insurance and strata work. Our in-house tradesmen and specialist subcontractors aim to carry out all work in a timely and courteous manner providing the highest level of building expertise.
As Recommended Repairer of Australia’s leading strata insurers, our team have a full understanding of the rules differentiating between Building and Contents policies and are capable of carrying out all aspects of insurance work promptly with the aim of minimising loss and stress. We have direct billing ability and do and charge capabilities to assist in the efficiency of each claim.
All of our joinery and cabinetry is manufactured in our fully equipped workshop – from a small duct to a full kitchen. We stock regularly used materials in our 2 warehouses to assist in the efficient service of emergencies and make safe situations. Our fleet includes tipper trucks, excavators, cherry pickers and bobcats and our work vehicles are fitted out with the latest equipment and technology.
