Workers Compensation
Our Workers Compensation Policy is held with Allianz.

Public Liability
Our Public Liability Policy is held with Wesfarmers Federation Insurance Ltd to a nominated amount of $20,000,000.00

Long Service Leave
Our Long Service Leave Policy is held with Long Service Payments Corporation.

Trade Licences
Issued by the Office of Fair Trading. Trades covered by various licences in place: Building, Carpentry, Plumbing, Draining, LP Gasfitting, Gasfitting, Cleaning, Building Maintenance, Thermostatic Mixing Valves, Backflow & Cross Contamination Prevention.

Occupational Health & Safety
BPS Strata Maintenance conforms with the necessary requirements of WorkCover NSW, Occupational Health & Safety Regulation 2001, Occupational Health & Safety Act 2000 No. 40, Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensation Act 1988 No. 86 and relevant Codes of Practice in accordance with New South Wales Government OHS & R Management System Guidelines (3rd Edition). We have completed a Quality Management Manual in accordance with Australian AS/NZS ISO9002 and an Environmental Plan.
